A short visual introduction to VisideaX — the idea, the focus, the founder.
Open to your project. Always glad to meet mentors.
VisideaX is newly founded and open to introductions: organisers, operators, restaurateurs and entrepreneurs with a project that needs the right partner. We are also always looking for experienced mentors and partners to learn from. If that is you, we would like to hear from you.
Introduce YourselfAlways welcome: operators and advisers who have done it before.
Organisers, restaurateurs, venues, brands and destinations across Europe.
Events, restaurants and ventures that need the right partner or introduction.
Partnerships across Europe, built on trust and discretion.
We bring together organisers, operators, brands and capital to make major events, restaurants and entrepreneurial projects happen across Europe.
VisideaX is newly founded, founder-led and deliberately small. We take on a limited number of projects at first, each handled personally by the founders. Confidentiality is the default: what we work on stays between us and the people involved. Organisers, operators, destinations and entrepreneurs are all welcome to introduce a project.
Core thesis
The best events, restaurants and ventures are partnerships before they are products.
Great projects in Europe rarely fail for lack of ideas; they fail for lack of the right introduction at the right time.
Trust is built slowly and personally — which is why we stay small and founder-led.
Every border adds complexity — permits, licensing, tax, sponsorship. Local knowledge is an asset, not an overhead.
Three pillars behind everything we do.
Everything we study rests on the same three pillars — personal relationships, the architecture of the partnership behind it, and awareness of the rules that change at every border.
Relationships First
Started in St. Moritz, where hospitality, events and private capital meet at close range. Introductions here are made in person, and they last.
- Direct exposure to the world of high-end hospitality
- Introductions by trust, not cold outreach
- Mentors and partners first
Partnership Architecture
Every project is also a partnership. We aim to structure the alliances behind it — hosts, sponsors, operators, venues and territories — so the arrangement outlasts the introduction.
- Sponsor, host and co-organiser frameworks
- Joint ventures between entrepreneurs and operators
- Licensing models for formats that recur
Cross-Border Awareness
From Switzerland's Lex Koller to local licensing rules elsewhere in Europe, what an entrepreneur can actually do varies by border. We look at it early, always as input for a project's own legal counsel, never as a replacement.
- Foreign-ownership and licensing questions flagged early
- Permitting groundwork by jurisdiction
- Anyone involved brings their own counsel for execution
Four cities, one network.
We are not everywhere yet. We are building from four places, each for a specific reason.

St. Moritz
Where VisideaX was founded, and where the founder works as a ski instructor with high-end guests during the winter season and school holidays — the place where we are building our first relationships.

Zürich
Switzerland's financial and corporate centre — where we are looking for mentors and the institutions a serious project eventually needs.

London
One of Europe's deepest pools of entrepreneurs, operators and investors — where the founder studies, where many of his contacts are, and where we are building the international side of our network.

Bratislava
The home city of our co-founder Patrik — our starting point for connections in Central Europe.

The partnerships we work on.
We are early, so we are deliberately focused — events, restaurants and entrepreneurial projects, across Europe.
VisideaX is newly founded. We are open to introductions and to projects, and always looking for mentors and partners. Where terms apply, they are agreed in writing before any work begins.
The people behind VisideaX.
VisideaX is founder-led and deliberately small: two people, personally accountable for every project. We are always glad to hear from mentors and partners.

Francesco founded VisideaX in 2026 to close the partnerships behind major events, restaurants and entrepreneurial projects across Europe. He leads finance and relationships. He works as a Swiss-certified ski instructor in St. Moritz with ultra-high-net-worth guests, where discretion and personal trust are the whole job, and has independently researched family offices and wealth management. He studies in London and spends the winter season and school holidays in St. Moritz.

Patrik, who is from Bratislava, leads operations at VisideaX, making sure that what is agreed is organised and delivered.
