Four steps, agreed in writing before we start, ending at a defined outcome — not an open-ended relationship.
1. Confidential Introduction
You tell us about the project, in confidence. We ask enough questions to understand whether we can genuinely help — and we say so plainly if we cannot.
2. Scope & Terms in Writing
Before any work begins, we agree in writing on what we will do, the timeline and how we are compensated — individually for each project. No open-ended billing.
3. Finding the Right Partners
We research the territory and the market, then approach the sponsors, operators, venues or partners who could genuinely fit — through introduction, not cold outreach.
4. Structure & Close
We help structure the partnership and bring it to a signed agreement. Legal drafting and execution stay with your own counsel; our role ends at the close unless agreed otherwise in writing.
VisideaX is newly founded and this is how we work from the first project. Where a project calls for a closer role, we agree it in writing at the outset.
